Pipeline

You choose who gets the next round

After screening, a recruiter chooses who gets an AI phone screen, then who gets an AI video interview. The CV, call and video results sit side by side, each with its own evidence, and nothing adds them up.

How a selection works

A preview first, then your Confirm. The same rules apply from the pipeline screen, from Throo and from a connected assistant.

  1. 01

    Nothing is pre-selected

Pick the top N by one result, everyone eligible, filters on each result, or tick people by hand. The preview shows who's in and who's out, each with a reason: opted out, no phone or email, a wrong number, a call or interview already open, or a closed stage.

  2. 02

    Minutes are checked first

A call counts as about 5 minutes and an interview about 10, against what's left this month. A batch that doesn't fit is refused before anything starts, and at most 200 go at a time.

  3. 03

    Selecting isn't rejecting

People you didn't choose keep their stage and read “Not selected yet”. Consent, calling hours and the phone line are checked again for each person when the batch starts.

  4. 04

    Results stay separate

CV, call and video each keep their own result: Strong match, Possible match, Not enough evidence or Not matched. Sorting goes by the one you choose, then the others. There is no combined score on screen, in Throo or in the export.

  5. 05

    Every attempt is kept

Each call and interview attempt has its own transcript and report. Flag a report you think is wrong and the flag shows on the candidate page, the client link and the export. Mark a wrong number and calls to it stop until the number is changed.

  6. 06

    Export what you decided

Owners and admins can download a job's results as CSV, and each export is recorded. It has each result on its own, a link to the candidate, and no transcripts or recordings.

Reports: the funnel by job

Reports show your hiring funnel from added to hired, for the workspace and for each job, with usage for the same period. Choose the last 30 days, the last 90 or all time.

What it never does

These are product rules, not settings.

  • Pick anyone for you. Every batch is a person's choice and their Confirm.
  • Add the CV, call and video results into one score.
  • Move people who weren't selected to another stage.
  • Start a batch your remaining minutes can't cover.
