Business Brain
What your AI agents may tell candidates
Write down the answers candidates ask for: the company, the role, the location, notice, benefits, the process. AI calls and interviews say only the facts an owner or admin verified and chose to share.
How the Business Brain works
It answers candidates' questions. It never judges a candidate: CV screening and call and interview reports don't read it.
- 01
Facts at three levels
Write an answer for the workspace, for a client or for one job. The nearest one wins: a job's answer beats its client's, which beats the workspace's. A preview shows exactly what an agent calling about that job is given.
- 02
Only verified, shared facts are said
A fact is a Draft until an owner or admin verifies it, and each fact says whether an agent may share it. Pay starts unshared. Changing the words of a verified fact makes it a Draft again.
- 03
No answer, no guess
If the answer isn't there, the agent says the recruiter will confirm. It never guesses a salary.
- 04
Files are for searching
Upload policies, client decks or FAQs (PDF, Word, .txt or .md, up to 4 MB) for recruiters and Throo to search. Files are private, can't be downloaded back, and are never read out to candidates.
- 05
Throo writes drafts
Ask Throo what the Business Brain says, or to draft a fact. Verifying one for candidates waits for an owner's or admin's Confirm.
- 06
Room by plan
Starter 200 facts and 20 files, Growth 600 facts and 60 files, Scale 2,000 facts and 200 files.
What it never does
These are product rules, not settings.
- Score, rank or decide about a candidate. CV screening and call and interview reports never read it.
- Say a Draft, or a fact an owner or admin chose not to share.
- Read an uploaded file out to a candidate.
- Let a job's private pay fall back to a figure set for the workspace.
