Candidates who agreed get a link that works once. It opens in the browser on a phone or a laptop; there's nothing to install and no account to create.

No slot to book and no interviewer to line up. The candidate opens the link when they're ready and answers each question in turn.

You read what they said
Answers come back as transcripts, evaluated only on their content. The recruiter reads them and decides who goes forward.
What it never does
These are product rules, not settings.
- Analyse faces, expressions, emotions, voices for personality, or appearance. Only the words count.
- Invite a candidate who hasn't agreed to an AI interview.
- Reuse a link: each one works once, for one candidate.
- Reject a candidate. A person reviews every interview.
