Brandstac is a creative technology studio based in New Delhi. Alongside HrThroo it builds FollowThroo, a multichannel outreach platform for sales teams.

HrThroo began with a simple observation about recruitment in India: the first round eats the week. Recruiters read hundreds of CVs for each role, dial through lists in the afternoon, and send shortlists as attachments that disappear into clients' inboxes.

AI can do much of that first round, but only if a recruiter can trust it. So HrThroo is built around evidence: criteria a person approves, a quote from the CV for every judgement, calls in the candidate's own language only after they agree, and a person making every decision.

What we hold to

  • Show the evidence

    A recommendation you can't check is a guess. Every one HrThroo makes quotes the CV or the transcript it came from.

  • People decide

    Hiring changes lives. The AI reads, calls and summarises; a named person on your team makes every decision.

  • Ask first

    Candidates are called or interviewed only after they agree, told it's an AI, and able to stop it with one word.
